OMG!!!! I freakin' LOVE Ejami throwing shade at Nabi. They are both so deliciously delusional, they kill me.
If by both you mean both couples, then, yeah, I'd agree.

Sami, "Gabi is THINKING of giving Nick another chance! The way that I did with YOU"

:lol:

EJ's response better be, "I may be evil, but even I'm not as psychotic as that man".
Says the Gloved One who created Rafe II.

Ejami are so delusional that I completely buy that they are 100% convinced of everything they're saying to each other. I love it.
Sorry, I should have read ahead before replying earlier! :cheers:

Abby: "I've heard some of the crazy stories about some of the stuff you've done to each other. " Me: *nods*
I wonder to what end the writers are playing with both Gabi AND Abby pointing this out?!?!? !

You know...I know it's annoying when people bring up other characters. But seriously. What Abby is doing is right up both Sami and EJ's alleys. Only they did this kind of stuff when they were much older. I mean...maybe what's wrong with her is that she's seen how these two work and has decided to try it for herself. It worked for both of them (heck. It even worked for Daniel) why shouldn't it work for her? I honestly hate defending Abby because I feel like she's a nothing character and I think this story is beyond stupid, but she's no more psychotic, delusional, immature, stupid, slutty, boring, dumb, naive, or hypocritical than everyone else in her story.
I know. it has not escaped me that both ej and sami have pulled these stunts before. In Sami's defense, she was younger than Abbigail. Ej is a different story. When Sam and Ej were doing these things, they took a lot of heat too. the viewers hated them with a passion.

Another thing about Sami, she was a messed up child dealing with bulimia, rape, poor self image due to being overweight and parents dying and coming back from the dead, fake daddy vs real daddy and so on. I understood why she was so messed up and destructive. As for Ej, he is a freaking Dimera, enough said. he is expected to be an prick. It is part of his DNA.

On the other hand, I can not comprehend and justify why Abbygail is acting this way when she has not been through half the things Sami has been through. She had a fairytale childhood with two loving parents and her life has been enchanted as far as I can tell. I know her dad died a few times LOL. But this is Salem, it is the norm. Everyone dies and comes back from time to time. :lol:
Well, I don't agree on either of your summaries of Sami or Abby's childhoods.

It's completely possible to enjoy one character doing something and not enjoy it when another character does it. It'd be nice if BOTH sides would just own it. Some people like it when it's Abby and not when it's Sami. Some like it when it's Sami and not when it's Abby. The majority of the time it's not a case of thinking anyone's morals are too reprehensible to watch. If it were, no one would have watched this show past its first episode.
I am not going to break the emoticon rule by prefacing your comments thusly: NOw I can add this:

What does everyone see in Haiden?!

How is he her type?!

Is everyone just accepting them because they're so anxious to shove Hope with someone?

That's how I see it!

He's so not her type. She's wonderful alone! Doesn't need a man. Should/could just as beautifully remain man-less. She doesn't need a man.

They don't "fit". It's coerced.

Um what? My post specifically referred to side chicks and side guys. I'm not sure what you want to call the collective group, other than "people who have affairs with people that are in committed relationships." That seems like a lot to type and, to me, side chick or side guy is a fairly benign term and gender neutral to boot.
I don't call them anything. Because the focus should be on the cheater. EJ is the person creating the bad situation, not Abby. He could end the situation tomorrow by coming clean. But by playing with both women he's the problem.

With Abby he want fun then run. With Sami he wants to be services or he'll get it somewhere else. He is disgusting.

I see nothing wrong with calling a cat a cat in this case a side chick because that is what she is basically. That being said, I am all for calling out a cheater on his cheating except he would not be able to cheat in the first place if slutty little girls like her were not willing to get on their backs and open their legs wide. so they are both to blame.

I recognize that Ej used Abbigail, but the truth is he would not have been able to use her if she did not allow it in the first place. She was well aware that he was unavailable and she gave it up quite eagerly. So now she should not be whining because things did not work out the way she hoped. You don't play in the big league if you can't handle it.

Ej is not playing both women. He already ended the situation by dumping Abby's ass on Valentine day. It is not his fault if she did not get the message. What part of it is a mistake didn't she get? He only said the word mistake five times.
I think I have agreed with every post I've seen you write! :rockon:

Wow, what a mixed bag today.

The good:
* Gabi's conversation with Sami was great. The family scenes were nice and I'm so glad JJ defended his friends to Jennifer. He threw Rory under the bus at the police station and Rory still stood by him. They have been good friends to him.
* I'm surprised Kayla wants to eat anything at Jen's house after last time.
* Hope/Aiden/Ciara are a study in how Dannifer could have evolved, if the actors had had a better chemistry. It was mentioned several times that the obstacles in their relationship could have occurred naturally. Parent starts dating again, kids are reluctant to accept the guy. And so forth. There was plenty to work with and no need to throw so many characters under the bus in the process.
* Ciara is ALWAYS a win.

The bad:
* Oh, Abby.
* Why do I get the feeling they're about to ramp up Dannifer again? Why do they keep bringing in characters like Kayla to ask Jennifer if she's back together with Daniel? What a freaking waste.
* The complete lack of depth to Theresa. Until we get a glimpse of why she's doing this, her story is going to be completely ridiculous.
* Stop saying Jennifer kept Theresa out of jail. She never should have been in the conversation between Theresa and her parents. For the love of god, just stop it.

The ugly:
* SC
* Daniel
I'm listing them separately because we got the usual crappy writing for Dan and SC's acting was horrible.

"Daniel reacts to Theresa's demands."

I wish they WOULD give Kayla a man. A date, at least. Why the hell not? She and Steve have been divorced for awhile now, and I really DON'T understand why Jennifer gets all the men in that age range.

Honestly, why?

At least they're finally giving Hope some time...Kristian has done her time on the backburner since Peter exited and it's her turn to have a story.

I'd like one for Kayla too. I'd even settle for her spending time with her son and answering his tough questions about Steve, and being a single parent. She and Hope are actually in the same boat at the moment in lots of ways, but the show never capitalizes on it.

I agree with Sami , about Gabi being a bitch to her today , after all that Kate and Sami did to protect her " attempted" murder. Sami should have followed her guts and call the police and let the chips fall where they may. There is no fixing dumb !
You mean what Sami and Kate did to protect themselves. Gabi hit Nick in self defense, she would have gotten off. It was Sami and Kate who decided to dump him in the river, even after they knew he was alive. Gabi was absolutely right in what she said to Sami, glad someone finally brought it up to her. Nick may be a psycho but he's not even half as badass as EJ.
