I really enjoyed the ejallie scenes. It was such an unexpected treat. I love the way Ej comforted her as a loving caring stepdad. It makes sense considering that Ej raised Allie for the first year of her life. those scenes reminded me of the time she spent the night in Ej's arms as an infant when she was burning with fever. That was sweet and endearing. I love that Ej can be ruthless and cold blooded when needed, yet sweet and tender when it comes to his family.

I may be twisted, but I was cheering when Ej pulled his gun out and went after the hitman (shade of 2007 Ej). Love bad ass Ej Freaking Dimera. The best part about it was Sami not blinking and being totally fine with it. She fits quite nicely as a mobster wife. I always knew you had in you Mrs Dimera LOL. I got to give her credit, Sami has come a long way from the judgemental hypocrite she used to be when she was pretending to be a good girl. She has been embracing her inner Dimera and I am freaking loving it. I am enjoying Ejami swimming in the dark side while being an all american loving family. Multi Faceted Ejami rock!!.

I do think having Ejallie bonding today is setting it up for Ejami to leave town with her along with the other children. They showed us today how being around her siblings cheered her up and was the best therapy for her. I think they are going to have Allie spend half the year with Ejami and the other half in Salem with Lucas just like they did when Lucas was in China. We hardly see the kids anyway, so it won't make a difference.

I just realized that having Sami leave Allie yesterday was just a plot point so Ejallie could bond. I approve this message LOL.
I actually think having these scenes just remind me of how they shored up the Lumily in 2007 before they smashed them. I don't think Allie will leave with Ejami if they were to leave together if anything I think that the opposite will happen. Allie will stay with Lucas in Salem. Sami uttering the words, 'nothing is going to beak this family up' is a soap staple that the opposite will happen.

I just can't with the implication that Ej is this world class father, he's not. A guy who blackmails his kid's mother to tell his cancer stricken son that she doesn't love him is not good father material in my book...I would rather Allie stay far away from him if I had my choice

Quoting limited to 4 levels deep
And maybe this next arc will be better, because there is no way it could be any worse! I hate what they did to Nicole as well, but it's not like they can rewrite it now. Just have to move forward and pray it's gets better!
Once burned, twice shy. I can't even get myself to get excited over the pictures. Anytime the writing does improve, there is a history of that "improvement" being inconsistent. It's going to take an awful lot for me to trust them. I can enjoy individual, sporadic opportunities, but since I really like character development and not plot devices, I can't get myself to enjoy this. I don't even think AZ's acting is up to par like it was. VERY disappointed.
My problem is that Nicole looks like she's carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders when she should be happy right now. Instead of moping and being weepy all the time, she should come clean once and for all and really remove what's standing in the way of her happiness, not the evidence but her secret. Instead of acting like a happy bride to be around Eric, she looks like she's always about to jump out of her skin. I still like Ericole and want them to get their happy ending but this beating around the bush has got to end. Nice love scene tho !I agree, AZ's acting is kind of off a bit lately.
Ruining Nicole are you serious? The writers ruined her years ago and are just piling it on. Don't get me wrong Ari Z's portrayal of Nicole keeps me riveted most times unless the writing is some contrived horse shot like now.

I Think ej with allie show ej lack of gulit what done to allie due what happened to nick ej does not feel gulity or bad about even when it affect allie

and ej never raised allie for the first year of her life i wish people get their facts check

even with daniel free episode we still have to see him in flashblack blah

Monday May 19th episode started with John ringing the doorbell on the Kiriakis mansion door. He's come to see Brady.

John tells Brady "Son, I just got off a flight from Paris an hour ago"

I thought John was in Salem but offscreen. When did John go back to Europe?

Monday's episode continues to say he's been following up with the ISA to try to find Kristen. Really?

Seriously, John? WTF.

How about spending your energy on Marlena?

I just can't.

Not really.... If you do the math she's spent more time on screen when her dad was with Chloe than any other time. Ej and Sami spent a total if 4 months living with the twins in the mansion before that the twins were with LUMI and after that Lucas came out of prison and he was around too...then when Sami went into WP she was with her dad and Chloe...

Maybe EJ didnīt help with Allie for a whole year but it was more than four months he helped Sami with Allie in the safehouse too, and at the apartment, so I Think he did help raise her the first year.

I donīt think EJ is a world class father but I donīt think he is a bad father either. I think he probably been written more to be a good father than not, but I do think he was written to be to good and out of character in 2008 and not much of villain then, even if I liked him in some Ejami scenes. He was written to be to dark in fall 2010- spring 2011 though. It was wrong to write him to not care about Allie in the Rafe2 storyline when he had loved her as a baby.

Maybe EJ was the perfect balance between good/bad father on mondayīs episode when he showed that he cares for Allie by comforting her but in the same time I didnīt see any quilt on his part for thinking he was responsible. I donīt want EJ to be a bad father but I donīt want him to be a perfect father either he should be written as a mobster not a nice guy.

I don't get why Marlena is so against Nicole. I mean, EJ is going to be her son-in-law soon (and has been in the past). If she can get over that and all EJ's done not only against her family but against her daughter, you'd think Nicole's lesser crimes wouldn't be as big of a deal.

Just more plot contrivances so that the Bradys can be justifiably outraged and smug over being right about what Nicole did.

I'd so prefer to see Marlena take on a mentoring/motherly role with Nicole and help her work on some of her issues.

Iīm pretty sure that Ejami scene is from after Lucas moved in, so I think they all help take care of the twins when they were living together.

Allie lived with Lucas and Sami in their apartment for the first 3 months. Then she lived with Sami and EJ in a safe house for 1 month. Then, she lived with Sami in her apartment for 1 month. Then, she lived at DiMera mansion with Sami and EJ for about 3 months. Then, she split her time between DiMera Mansion and Lucas' place for another 4 months. Then, when Sami went into witness protection, she was with Lucas full-time - which was just shortly before her first birthday. So in total, she lived with EJ (full-time or part-time) for about 8 months of her first year.

I figure it would be about 8 months which I think qualifies as being part of raising Allie her first year not that I think it makes EJ the perfect stepdad which I explained in an other post. To me he was some boring Everett version in 2008 and not EJ, but I think he cares for Allie but since he is a mobster and just put out a hit on Nick he probably would have a bad influence on her despite of that, so I wouldnīt blame Lucas if he took her out of the mansion. Just as I believe Ej loves his own children but will probably screw them up anyway. I think EJs idea of loving the kids should be that they get raised as Dimeras not good citiziens and for him to consider that a good thing.

Personally, I think EJ's just as delusional and twisted in regards to his kids as he is everything in his life. I think EJ loves his kids desperately, just like he loves Sami desperately, but that doesn't mean his love is unselfish or healthy because EJ's not an unselfish and healthy person. Undoubtedly he will fuck them up in a major way, but that's not because he doesn't love them. It's just because he's a fuck up and generally not a good person.

Once Lucas was back, they didn't show EJ caring for Allie in any way that I can remember. Three or Four months in the mansion, does not make a year. Lucas was shown as caring for both twins alone most of the first 3 months of their lives ( as I recall he even named them alone-Sami couldn't be bothered with that job) and EJ wasn't shown with Allie at all during that time. Then Lucas had Allie alone while Sami was gone so, yeah, Lucas was the main care giver to Allie her first year.

I already said in an other post that the video of Ejami playing with the twins is after Lucas came back, and I also posted videos of EJ taking care of Allie in the Safe house and in the apartment which was before the mansion. Anyway Lucas named Allie alone not Johnny. There also this time when EJ took care of Allie at around 8 which is a bit funny.
