If you start watching this clip at the 4:11 point it's a scene with Matthew (Billy Clyde Tuggle) and his wife Christine who I never knew was on AMC from 1984. They got married in 1983. http://youtu.be/RqygcPxRZWI https://celebrity.yahoo.com/news/matthew-cowles-soap-opera-actor-husband-christine-baranski-133000778-us-weekly.html |

Great actor. Sad news. Thanks for posting. Billy Clyde Tuggle was a well-known character from the heyday of All My Children. And he also appeared in the online version last year. Edit to add: It's awesome that he and Christine Baranski were married 30 years! Edited by nananana7, May 25 2014, 10:52 AM.

Michael Fairman's interview with Matthew Cowles last year: http://michaelfairmansoaps.com/news/exclusive-all-my-children-matthew-cowles-interview-here-comes-billy-clyde-tuggle/2013/05/10/ Nice comprehensive obituary: http://www.welovesoaps.net/2014/05/matthew-cowles-dead-at-69.html New tweet from Matthew Cowles' costar Cady McClain ("Dixie") from All My Children: https://twitter.com/CadyMcClain/status/470336704977829889 Cady McClain Verified account @CadyMcClain so sad. What a lovely man... I adored working with him last year. So kind. Oh wow, Matthew Cowles met his wife actress Christine Baranski when he offered her a ride on his motorcycle after a party! (How very Bope-like!) http://soapcentral.com/amc/news/2014/0524-cowles_obit.php Edited by nananana7, May 25 2014, 11:20 AM.

May he RIP. :'( His time on AMC was before my time but when I heard he was going to be on the reboot. I watched as many Billy Clyde Tuggle scenes as I could on YT. Such an amazing actor. |
