Eeh... Yikes.

Well, I cannot say it's any wonder though. This week was filled with the awful Ericole crap.

Sometimes I wonder what would've happened had GH's writers were at Days. I don't watch GH but I usually hear good stuff about it and damn those numbers say something. On well. I've always loved the underdog so ill remain stuck in Salem.

I hate to say it, but I'm glad to see Days' numbers continue to go down. May Sweeps, in a nutshell, was a total fail. Which makes NO sense, given that you have an affair to be exposed, a murder mystery, siblings with a secret past, etc. May should have totally delivered!

Wake up, TomSell!

Let me put it like this. Craptini retweeted a tweet from a viewer that said his writing reminded them
of JER's Passions. I don't think I need to go any further, lol.

Right about now, that would be a step up for Days in the writing department.

What were the ratings like when Dena Higley and MarDar were fired? I don't really remember.

I have big doubts and mixed opinions about Days firing TomSell. I think, as far as stories go, that they do a pretty good job (minus the Jordan/Ben DISASTER). However, their characters are paper-thin, there's absolutely nobody to root for, and their boner for Dr. Dan is so intense it's disgusting. So yeah, I guess when it comes down to it it'd be nice to see someone else give things a try.

Thanks for posting those! Those numbers are not too far off from what we're seeing now. Very interesting. What are the serious chances of TomSell actually getting the boot though? Corday always sounds very satisfied with the work they produce.

Well, until he fired the others he sounded satisfied with them, too. My guess is that the summer is going to be pretty important. They have KDP and ED coming in, and if something doesn't take off then, maybe we'll stand a chance. I have definitely noticed that at least at DR recently, we're starting to resemble the outlook we had at the end of Higley.

Well, looks like TomSell are definitely headed in the wrong direction. With the exception of that Monday episode where Nick died, April and May were just terrible for Days. It's nice to see that reflected in the ratings.

Also...chances are high that next week is going to at least look really bad. This week last year was pretty good.
