I am really disappointed about what they did to Chandler. I would speculate that it was a deliberate snub by Days but from what I read here, the pre-show was a travesty and from what I've watched the show was a low budget cluster-fuck. Maybe, it was not intentional. But the fact that Days crowd did not seem that excited about Chandler's win and on Days page it looks like they only won two Emmys makes me think it was a deliberate final fuck you to Chandler! Which doesn't harm Chandler but just shows that Days is run by a very petty and vindictive assholes.

Anyway, congrats to a classy guy on a deserved win. He's a million times classier and more mature than the fuckers who run Days.
I don't think Days deliberately messed up Chandler's reel. I don't get all the conspiracy theories, I think both parties have moved on.
i think they did. Judie specifically said she sent ahead the correct emmy reel to Corday Productions. So someone in their office had to consciously decide to pick a different reel, one that wasn't even from 2013. I mean I found it hilarious (albeit embarrassing) but I'm not surprised if not everyone feels that way.

Also Days did not post that Chandler won on their FB page though they did on twitter (in both places they congratulated Eileen and Eric).

^I don't think DAYS did that on purpose. NATAS was whoring for attention...that is why they put the gay wedding up.

CM has made it clear he is moving on from daytime...it the reason he did not attend THE TALK this morning, while all the rest of the acting winners did.

I guess the Daytime Emmy Channel isn't gonna put the whole show up on YouTube.

Great Emmy night for DAYS!! DAYS fans should be smiling tonight (despite the Drama Series robbing by Y&R ;) )
I'm definitely smiling. It's nice to see DAYS getting some Emmy love for a change.

I think it's funny that there was so much "profanity "at the show. I actually remember the very first televised ceremony with Gary Moore, an old time game show host, doing the Emcee honors. In his introduction, he talked about it being the first time the show was being televised and then raised eyebrows by adding :"And may I say it's high damned time!". I would have loved to see his face if he was alive to hear the things being said last night.

Some think that DAYS deliberately sent in the wrong tape of GW instead of CM.

JFP getting interrupted yet again was another great highlight. That needs to be an EMMY tradition from here on out when she wins.

Were there hard feelings when he left the show? I wasn't really plugged in to any BTS stuff at that time.

I don't get it. They posted Chandler's reel a while ago on YT (and it was Chandler, not Guy in the clip). So they had it. Did they ask "Days" for some other tapes? And they also showed the same clip from Wilson wedding 2014 for Writing which was also incorrect.

No one is spreading conspiracy theories. We're just speculating based on what we saw. Two things that don't make sense happened: 1) wrong reel was shown instead of Chandler's reel; 2) Days is only acting as though two actors from the show won Emmys last night, instead of three. I am sure Chandler has moved on, but did the other side? I am usually not fond of speculating about what happens behind the scene and I don't particularly care but you must admit that the TPTB didn't act in a classy or professional manner.

Yeah, Judie said she gave them the right tape. They probably mixed it up at the Emmy venue. The question is, though, why was there footage of Wilson's wedding anyway, since it was aired this year? :blulaugh:

I was wondering about CM not being on the Days FB page aswell....

But then again, considering what a GUTTER that place is, he should consider himself lucky. If I could, I would have that site shut down.

* The ending. Maybe the show was scheduled to end at 9:48 p.m.? Either way, Kathy Griffin charged out while “Young and the Restless” executive producer Jill Farren Phelps was in the middle of her speech accepting the biggest award of the night, Outstanding Drama Series. As Phelps started to talk about pride in the ownership of the show, Griffin marched on stage with a microphone and told her it was time to go. “Oh, for Christ’s sake with your pride of ownerships,” she yelled. “Wrap it up, lady! If you thank your [expletive] dog…”

Phelps was NOT amused. She then started to thank her “[expletive] daughter,” but Griffin harassed her and someone started taking a selfie of the two of them and the music played and everything ended in chaos.

OMG :blulaugh: . Where is it from? (When I first read your post, I thought, Josh Griffith was on stage with a microphone  ). I was worried since yesterday if he was awarded or not.
