The reason she was holding off is because she didn't want to have to face the reality in case it didn't turn out to be the guy she wants as the father. I think deep down she has always wanted this baby to be Billy's.

So she didn't want either man to be around much during the pregnancy. This was to keep herself and the baby calm.

Yeah, that worked out well, so she had two men hanging around her.
Can't agree with you on this one Nanana, I think she was selfish and put both guys through unnecessary stress not too mention basically putting their lives on hold waiting for the queen to tell them whodababydaddy is. Even though Billy moved on with Chelsea, you can see that he still cares for Victoria and so does Stitch. Chelsea is another victim of her selfishness, all this time, she's worried that billy and Victoria would get back together if the baby is his, and I think that if Victoria told Billy to come home, Chelsea would catch pneumonia from the draft of him leaving so fast.
During the time it was safe, she should have had it done. JMO

Victoria didn't lie to either man about the paternity. She told both men many months ago that she'd slept with both of them and that either one could be the father. She was totally honest with both of them that she had erred in that way.

I don't think anyone said she lied?

I'm so glad Vikki's power trip with the two guys is going to be over soon.
She had no reason to hold back on getting DNA tests done months ago, this was just a way for her to have two guys fawning over her. Pretty damn selfish if you ask me. :soapbox:

That because Victoria is just like her father, period.
Victor wants two guys fawning over him? LMAO

Well Jack/Billy have been Victor :biatch: for years :whistling:

It's her child, her choice.
That could only be true if she went to a sperm bank, but considering what happen with Summer, she needs to honest with both men, period.

I don't think anyone said she lied?

In my long post #139 on page 7, I was responding to a bunch of posts all at once, as well as stating my own opinions. I didn't specifically quote anyone because it was a combined response.

In answer to your question, I just read through the thread, and I can't find *anyone* saying that Victoria lied, so I don't know where I got that from!

Daytimeroyalty's website has been having outages, so I was reading on other Y&R sites elsewhere a lot in the past week. I had a bunch of browser tabs open. Maybe I read it somewhere else and got confused? I don't know.

Or perhaps I misunderstood natdot's comment saying "she needs to be honest with both men, period". I realize now that natdot meant that Victoria needs to get the truth to both men ASAP; but maybe I read it too fast and made an incorrect assumption that the post was implying Victoria lied.

Who knows what I was thinking?! At any rate, you're right. Nobody here at DR said Victoria lied.

I was stating that Victoria knows about Summer paternity with Jack/Nik and she should not want the same thing for her own child. She needs to put on her big girl pants and face the truth with both men. I see nothing wrong with both men coparenting the baby with Victoria.

DR sites have been having issues due to someone trying to send spam on the site.

I see what you mean. Yes you have a good point there!

DR has been having intermittent outages for the past few weeks,
due to attacks upon the server company which hosts DR.

The attacks were *not* directed at DR. They were directed at the server company.

Zetaboards is a company which has forums hosted on their multiple servers -- they have hundreds of forums on all sorts of topics from anteaters to zebras, from news to gaming to philosophy to hobbies -- on *any* topic for which anyone wants to start a discussion forum.

The service is free.

DR is hosted at Zetaboards.

In the past month some asshole has been attacking zetaboards servers.
These have been DDoS attacks
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Denial-of-service_attack#Distributed_attack

These server attacks have caused outages for *many* zetaboards forums (of *any* topic.).

This is somewhat like if your electricity went out because someone accidentally drove their car into a telephone pole and it caused the neighborhood electrical transformer to spark, thus affecting electricity service in your neighborhood. Or if there was a huge windstorm or icestorm causing trees to fall onto powerlines and resulting in electricity outages in your city. Neither of these situations would be the fault of your local electricity utilities company.

Or perhaps a better analogy: It some ways, that's like when your local weather has a heat wave with hugely high temperatures for a long period of time, and there are power outages due to too many people using air conditioning at once, draining the system beyond its normal capacity.

With a DDoS attack, it's not the fault of the server host company. It's the fault of the attacker.

DDoS is an intentional attack upon a website host with the GOAL of causing the server to crash. Sometimes the attacker sends out a zillion spams, other times they send out strings of garbage data. But the focus isn't the spam. The focus is the act of OVERLOADING the server with data, so that it will crash.

Zetaboards has been trying to stop the DDoS attacks; but seems to be having difficulty figuring out how to effectively block this from happening.

Because this is somewhat off-topic from soaps,
I posted more about this in the "off-topic" area here:
See post #13907:

Why would both of them co-parent unless, the baby is billy's and she marries stitch, or the baby is stitch's and she and billy get back together, but if the baby is stitch's and she and stitch get together, billy shouldn't have anything to do with it and vice versa.

I would love it if the baby ends up being neither Billy nor Ben's.

I wanted Billy & Ben to somehow wind up being 1/2 brothers. lol
Both their DNA's would match.

LOL I like that twist!

I was such a huge VILLY fan and now I could care less if he's the daddy. Stitch is just blah to me. I think he had the best chemistry with MCE's Chelsea oddly enough. But so did Billy. I think I would have been more interested in that triangle. Oh well...
