Days need new writers and for the bosses at NBC to stay the fuck out of the writers way. I still resent those fuckers for killing the PTSD storyline and back-burnering Jack.
But that's just it. NBC and the bosses are in charge, not the writers. They sponsor the show.
And they're running the show into the ground. They don't seem to have a clue about what the fans want nor do they seem to care. And it's been this way for years. Something has to change if the show is to make it past it's 50th.

With them taping May, their 50th is a done deal, but what is the point. Maybe they are saving the return of their fan favorites for that. I'm tired of the newbies.
