Honest to God, though, I'm actually okay with it. I haven't watched today's show yet, but I actually like that Maggie gave birth pre-Marty Hansen. I could actually buy that. This is the story that should've happen when MarDar decided to make Daniel Maggie's son. They could've easily explained it that Maggie gave birth to a child she gave up because she just couldn't raise a child by herself on the farm. The woman was crippled! No way could she take care of a child. Easy as pie. Maggie is Daniel's mom, Melanie's grandma and it doesn't insult the audience's intelligence. Instead, MarDar decided to go with the surrogate route, which was just stupid. Edited by DrewHamilton, Feb 24 2016, 02:30 PM.

Steve knows Ava well. He knows that Ava being found unconscious in their house is part of a scheme Ava has cooked up. And sure enough by the end of the episode he and Kayla found out what that scheme was. I like Jade. I didn't mind her scenes with Joey at all. My ears are still bleeding from all that shrieking Theresa did and then that high pitched crying ... what the heck was that! As for egg baby #2 (if she is an egg baby - it almost sounds like Summer was born before Maggie met Mickey and came to Salem from today's dialogue) ... I just can't. Too ridiculous for words. Oh Roman, the man with no love life for how many decades now is lecturing Steve on how to treat his 50 something sister - REALLY! Just shut up. Dario was pretty much background noise today. And speaking of background noise ... why do they play the music so loud during dialogue - there was a lot of stuff I couldn't here today especially in Steve and Kayla's scenes. I haven't been paying attention to the head writers in the scroll at the end ... finally noticed that Beth Milstein's name has been added to Josh and Dena's names. Writers: Posted Image What an awful way to introduce a new character. Summer can leave. I have no interest in anything related to this story. Such crap! |

He's certainly ticking off the list though. He's been with Daniels daughter, potentially his sister, one of his wives and his fiance. |

I don't want ANY more children for Maggie! Not Sarah, not anyone! We're basically going to get the same scenes she had with Daniel when she found out he was her son only with Summer. Isn't it bad enough she hovers over Brady like she gave birth to him? I now despise Maggie Horton. |

If Summer was born to Maggie before her and Mickey, around what year would that be? |

This week has been so boring! and today was worse than yesterday. Today the only thing I enjoyed was the Stayla scenes and the Joey/Jade scenes. I'm anxious to see what the family will do with Ava's taunts next and how this storyline will be finished. Everything else is so boring. |

I'm sorry but the teens are so boring. Couldn't these writers come up with a more interesting way to introduce a new teen besides having them meet in the damn park? |

If they done that with Daniel, fine. Annoying but fine. But Summer is pre-Maggie's time in Salem. Um, no. |

In real time, Maggie met Mickey in 1973. Now mind you, that was prior to Hope and Jennifer being born. So that's not quite the same time frame in Salem time. |

around 73 or a little before which would put her in her mid forties or just a little earlier |

So Daniel would have been born in the early 80s when Maggie's eggs were harvested, and onscreen he died in his mid-to-late 40s. Okay, if Summer was born pre-Maggie's introduction to Salem, wouldn't she have to be well into her 50s by now? Or is this going to be another case like EJ being older than both Will and Abigail, who were born well before him? I'm so confused. (As Sophia Petrillo would say ... "you should have that printed on a t-shirt") |
