This Chabby scene is really good too. There's really not much to snark on today. |

Maybe it is Andre that somehow has a hand in Ben's escape that spoilers say is coming. |

It was the bandage from when he cut his hand at the rave. Guess that is how his blood got on the pillow (as we know from the spoilers from next week) |

It was a good episode. Just pissed me off that Roman did what he did. Looking forward to their comeuppance. |

OK. I can't hate all of these people at once so I'll hate them on different days. First I wanna deal with the fuckwad three of Roman/Hope/Rafe. I hope Andre hires a lawyer and sues their asses for everything. Then I'll deal with chanting for Joey and Steve's downfall. |

Well, I can't argue with that sentiment...about weak writing for characters when it comes to emotional issues. I sure as heck wanted to see much more emotional fall out AFTER Bo's death from Hope, Shawn, Kayla and Caroline. I wanted to see more of characters struggling with their guilt on a deep level with each other. Having Hope go it alone was to me, lazy writing. So yea, I agree Hope's killing of Stefano was pretty poorly done, writing wise. But for me, all these shows act like ever plot needs to be built, executed and done in a millisec less the show is cancelled. Sometimes watching any of the daytime shows now gives me whiplash in how fast characters change....one minute angry, then remorseful, then nothing. I think the networks push them to faster, faster, cheaper, faster and for this genre it is not good. So many connecting scenes left out....... |

Okay, so I know this will be an unpopular opinion and feel free to launch with the dislike button....BUT I am totally okay with Hope/Rafe/Roman all not getting any repercussions for killing Stefano and framing Andre and I also am totally okay with all the Johnson's not having any repercussions for Ava "expiring". All of these villians deserved what they got because they are all pure evil and I have no sympathy. This is a soap and the "bad guys" never pay for their crimes so I see no reason for a double standard where the "good guys" should pay just because we like to hold them to a higher standard. "Vigilantes" are not always convicted, even in real life. I keep remembering the movie A Time To Kill which was based on a true story where the defendant was obviously the judge, jury and executioner and you know what he was found not guilty. However, the main reason I don't feel they should be punished is I WANT BOTH OF THESE STORIES OVER!! If for that to happen I have to accept that the good guys got away with something that the bad guys have gotten away with 100 times, then so be it! I can most definitely pretend like the last few months didn't happen and move on! I don't even need to see the fallout for either the Stefano or Ava stories, just end them and I'm good! LET'S JUST MOVE ON!!! |

According to one of Thaao's interviews, Josh thinks making characters murderers and such makes them more human....so at least now we know these characters are human....as opposed to what, however, I do not know! LOL |

Not just humans but monsters. If Steve and Joey don't get their karma for covering up Ava's murder and Rope and Roman don't get theirs for covering up Stefano's, I'm done. |

That's why I don't think this show is too dark when people complain about that. It's hard to see such stupidity as seriously dark material. I don't think of this show as dark at all. Like today for example... Joey sneaks right past a cop into Ava's room, murders her, his dad sneaks in just in time, and gets Joey out, then confesses to having murdered her. And everyone walks around like this is normal. A nurse casually calls Kayla to tell her she better come on over, all the while Steve just paces around waiting for FauxRo, who finally saunters in asking what da hell's going on? It's very hard to see any of it as dark when so much of it is so silly. Especially if you compare it to a show that is actually dark, like Breaking Bad. |

If the characters show remorse for their actions and they don't judge other characters harshly for doing less than what they did, I'm okay with them not getting punished either. I wish these horrible things didn't happen but it's too late and sending Hope, Rafe, Roman, Joey, Steve, Kayla all to jail for murder and cover up won't make things better. |

Can Steve be arrested for obstruction of justice? If they cover up Ava's murder and have Joey get off with a slap on the wrist then Stayla and Joey will be just as bad as Rope and Roman. |

I found Chad's monologue, about Stefano not wanting Chad to be morose and glum over his death and wanting him to live life to the fullest, a ridiculous thing for someone to say about the character of Stefano. That's exactly what he would want. Andre's reaction is more of how Stefano would want Chad to react. Nobody is expecting Chad to turn or anything, but they should've left that part out tbh. It was very cheesy and didn't fit imo.
