Chad is alone in the Mansion and Stefano appears to him. They have a conversation about what happened in the weeks prior to his death. BF says, "It's the kind of talk every son wishes he could have with his father after he's gone. It's very honest." Chad is pulled from that when JJ comes to him and tells him that Ben has escaped and they come up with a plan. They don't got to the cops but work independently to get to Ben before he gets to Abigail. Since he doesn't have faith in the Salem Police, he thinks that he can handle it on his own. OH SNAP! Let's see what happens! Pick up SOD! |

Sounds exciting. I can't wait to see this all play out. I have a feeling that Chad and JJ won't tell Abby about Ben escaping and that they won't be able to find him on their own. |

Because the smart thing to do is to NOT tell the woman her previous attacker is out. Ok, sure.

Ben is totally going to show up to Abby either when she's alone somewhere or at the wedding, and she's never gonna see it coming because Chad and JJ are keeping it a secret... I am so, so excited to watch all of this play out! |

Is this the return Mascolo hinted at? I hope so. After this, I don't ever want to see Stefano again.

This storyline, IS GOING TO BE A REALLY GOOD ONE! Have to say though...JJ and even Chad is going to be stupid because they don't go to the Salem PD. Which means, Ben is cooking up a plan, to kidnap Abby! Which also could be, that Chad and the PD will be looking for her, but won't find her. And it might be Kate Mansi's exit...I really hope it does not happen, but the direction might go there. (This is my theory of this situation).

I feel that JJ's career in the police force is not going to last long... Although given its the Salem Police Force maybe this kind of thing won't be an issue. |

Something tells me Chad and JJ's plan is going to backfire. Ben will find Abby, all alone. Can't wait! |

There was also an appearance by Ghost Ava yesterday. It definitely seems like that's the emerging pattern! We had lots of Bo's ghost as well as Paige's ghost. I'm wondering if it's a creative decision to play up the mourner's angst/heartbreak, or more for the departing actor to get a few more scenes after their characters had been killed (either contractually or just a nod to send them off on a more positive note). I'm hoping that's the last we see of Stefano too. I was actually really surprised at how well JM did with the material too, and those scenes were very long by Days standards. Barely looked like he was reading cue cards and was very well acted, a vast improvement over his performance as of late. |
