And now Nicole popped in halfway through.
Just like Lucas. Two ironic character like Lucas and Nicole are backburned and than we have Maggie, Roman, Theresa and Summer frontcenter that aren't necessarily to have lots of airtime.

Oh, Chad picked an excerpt from Jack's book and Julie is reading it. I don't mind Julie reading it but wished that she started and then it would be nice if they got MA to voice over the middle and have it go back to Julie for the ending. oh well, it still pulled at my heartstrings.
Yeah, an MA voice over would have been really cool. Or JJ or Steve reading it. I love Doug and Julie, but they just feel slightly random at this wedding.
I would have loved it if JJ read the passage from Jack's book. I wouldn't consider Doug and Julie random guests though. They're the patriarch and matriarch of Salem. :)
I get that they're the matriarch and patriarch, but them walking Abby down the aisle and reading passages at the wedding seems a bit overboard considering their relationship to Abby and Chad.

Chabby's wedding was really cute. Lots of great shipper moments.

I FF'd through everything else. Life is too short to watch anything related to Summer, Brady, Maggie or Theresa.

Yikes. Brady has to have one that sticks at some point.
If it's not meant to be as a true love it should be end of it and I don't see Thrady will be the endgame.
I definitely think they love each other but of course not everyone has the same opinion :)

if Eric is going to continue to drink, he has no room to judge Jennifer about popping pain killers.
I don't think he's judging her as much as trying to save her from going down the same path he is determined to go down.
well he need to lead by example, who is going to listen to him when he continue to destroy his life.
So parents shouldn`t tell their children to learn from their mistakes either then?

Abby's behavior at the end of the episode make me think she is going to have a nervous breakdown because of the hallucinations and when Ben really shows up nobody is going to believe until the recast is onboard.

Just as suspected, no sign of Ben but I'm not so sure he was just a figment of Abby's imagination. He's biding his time. He'll pounce when they least expect it.

Beautiful wedding ceremony! Loved the wording of the actual ceremony. The excerpt from Jack's book was very well written. I didn't mind that Julie read it. If Abe had been there it would have been nice to have him read it as he is Chad's brother in law. Bryan Dattilo and Judi Evans were treated as under 5's today ... sad. Why couldn't they have had an actual conversation ... instead we get the stupidity of Maggie, Summer, Brady, Theresa and Nicole. At least the writers did Nicole a favour by giving her the bare minimum of dialogue today ... she didn't look as bad as the other 4.

The Summer / St Daniel saga brings down every episode it's on. Why, why, why are we forced to endure this drivel!

But as I said the wedding ceremony was beautiful and well written so that's a big plus for today.

if they are still making the same mistakes no, because the parents hasn't learned anything.

Well JJ ended up walking her down the aisle and I don't mind Julie reading the passage. Chad asked her to and it seems like a Doug and Julie thing to do. They've made mention of Chad talking with Julie twice before. There wasn't anyone else there to do it.

The wedding was sweet, I loved the vows. It was just weird that Abby got married in front of 10 people when she's related to almost everyone in town. We really need the St. Luke set back for weddings and funerals.

I don't get it. Why can't they cut Summer and Maggie? I didn't hear anything about Lucas and Adrienne talking to Chad and Abby after the ceremony either.

Yeah, the writers missed the boat not having Steve read the quote, but it was beautiful and emotional just the same. The whole ceremony was!

The boy saw the comet and he felt as though his life had meaning.

Does Brady even remember that he's a member of the Black family?? who knew Isabella's son would turn into such a moron!!

Can we just send him off screen and keep Paul instead!!??

Yesterday's episode was literally one of the best episodes since the year began, today is a snoozefest!!

I expected more from Chad and Abby's wedding. Days used to make much better/bigger weddings.
