They're dragging out this rescue. They know where he is and all these other things happened instead.

Marlena is home so hopefully she sees Belle Monday and then leaves to get John
I know it doesn't go down this way, but considering how preoccupied all the men are, it would have been kind of badass to see Marlena (and maybe even Belle) go rescue John by themselves. It'd be nice to see more women do the rescuing on this show.

I have to say that I am very happy that Steve goes to Kayla and Joey when he gets Kayla's text. I have no problem with him helping rescue John, but I appreciate that they don't have him ignore the crisis in his family in the process.
I'd like Steve to go get John. It isn't that I don't want him there for Kayla and Joey. I do. But Joey's confessed, so what can Steve do that he couldn't try to do later, once John's out of a pretty sticky situation?

He's just gonna try to snow Roman about what Joey said. He can do that later.
It would be nice if Steve's own family wasn't his last priority for once, to be honest. I like Steve and John but they've never really been ride or die, so I'm not totally buying this new brotherhood thing they have.

He's already ready to throw away his freedom and his bail (which is probably Kayla's money, let's be honest here) to go rescue John. I have no problem with him being there for his family too.

It's a weak cliffhanger, though.

I was thinking that last night actually. Like Marlena must go after them Monday. She knows where it is on the map and we know she gets there Tuesday. I also thought it was odd Drake tagged the whole family in the come rescue us tweet lol. Since it appears only Marlena goes

I am glad she doesn't just accept Rafe telling her to stay home and gets to John regardless.

Sadly the girl playing Jade is distracting me with her bad acting.

It's kind of weird that Faux isn't involved in the kidnapping. Not that I'm complaining... But it's just weird. And again I'm not complaining at all.

So far, not enough Marlena again.

I'm not against Steve being with Kayla and Joey. He was gone for years, so they dealt with a lot on their own. I'm glad they can be his priority now, and they should be.

That said, John's in a tough spot. It shouldn't take them long to get him out of it. And if relationships were highlighted the way they used to be, Kayla would be relieved John is okay. He was her brother for years.

Thank you JCP.

I don't like that so much of this is about Rafe instead of John.

I'm about sick of Rafe...can someone put him in a coma again for a while?

They showed Kayla being worried for John on Monday, it's not like she's uncaring of what's going on.

And I'm with granolagirl - I like that Steve is determined to go after John, but isn't ignoring his own family in the process. It's not like what is going on with Joey is a minor deal or that Steve has backed out of the John rescue. There's also no indication that Rafe is sitting around somewhere waiting for Steve to show up. And yes, John is in a tough spot but so is his family. It appears that Steve is going to be able to try and help both and I'm glad the show went that direction.

Uh, I guess Yo Ling doesn't know that Paul hasn't been in the family all that long with his talk about "after all this time look at us here, all together". What the hell is he talking about? He heard so much about Paul? I guess he read Will's interview.

LOL, so much screen time is wasted just watching Yo walk a few yards.

Yeah, but what's going on that they know where John is and haven't gone yet?

It hasn't aired here yet.

What's stopping them?

It's hard to tell. They decided to go and then Rafe was in the square and Steve was still with Marlena at the end

So, Ed is an assassin, Gabi is a convicted murderer, Dario is a grifter, and Rafe is a crooked cop... What a great bunch.

I hate this too. I wish the entire Hernandez crew would just go away and never return.

I'm just not liking this John story for some reason, even if Paul wasn't involved I still don't think it would satisfy me.
